Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery on eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- In new, unused condition
- Free from damage or signs of wear
- Returned in its original packaging whenever possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Personalized & Custom Orders
Because each personalized item is made specifically for you, custom and personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we made an error in the personalization.
If there is an issue with your custom order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the mistake was ours.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
