Thank you for choosing TPCustoms22! Every item is custom-made to order with care and attention to detail.
Processing Time
Most orders are made and shipped within 3–4 weeks. Processing time refers to the time needed to create your custom item before it is shipped.
Please note that processing times may vary during busy seasons or for large custom orders. The estimated processing time displayed at checkout is the most accurate timeframe for your order.
Shipping
Once your order has been completed, it will be carefully packaged and shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout.
After your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.
Delivery Times
Shipping transit times are determined by the shipping carrier and are separate from our processing time. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, we cannot guarantee delivery times once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please reach out to us. We'll gladly help you work with the shipping carrier to locate your order.
